How are products with free shipping shipped and what is the delivery time?

Products eligible for Free Shipping are shipped via PAC. The delivery time is determined by the postalservice (Correios). On average, it takes 5 to 30 business days to reach the destination, varying according to each region of the country.
 

Is Free Shipping valid for the entire Brazil?

This benefit covers all areas of the national territory serviced by the PAC delivery service.

Is Free Shipping valid for international purchases?

It is valid only for Brazil. 

This is a benefit exclusively offered by Artesa to its customers. It is not a promotion or a fixed brand rule, so this benefit may be subject to changes according to collection cycles.

How many installments can I divide my orders into on the website?
You can divide your purchases into up to 5 installments on your credit card.
